Regarding COVID-19 and Future Events
We will continue to work with our existing clients and future clients by utilizing video conferencing as a means to keep everyone safe as possible during this situation.
Our event policy remains the same, we take a non-refundable deposit at the time of your original booking to secure the date, the equipment, and the staff. In the case of fire, venue, or act of God, we allow clients to reschedule their event in the future from your original event date.
There are some challenges as we may have many dates sold out already and many venues have cancellations until June 2020. If you have any events coming up with us, we will continue to work with you to reschedule your event if possible.
We would suggest that you get a list of options from your venue to see what dates they have available. We suggest looking into Fridays and Sundays as viable options, especially if you want to keep your wedding date in 2020.
If the event is fully cancelled, in writing within 30 days of your event, there are no further fees, if the event is fully cancelled with less then 30 days notice, we require the remaining full balance.
Even if you do plan to cancel, we suggest at least temporarily moving your date into the future to avoid, final balances being due, we we do not feel it would be fair to charge these fee’s to you over something you (or we) did not have control over. If you do postpone to a new date, your final balance will only be due 2 weeks before that new mutually agreed upon date.
